Of national manufacture by the traditional knives of Albacete. The blade has a measure of 28 cm, very practical to cut Dadant frames. The knife is a basic tool for uncapping. This model has a smooth cut on both sides. In order to work properly, it is usually heated in hot water before use. They must be well sharpened and preferably hot by a permanence in water (we recommend a knife in service and another in water used alternatively).
