Details of Replacement Plastic Bellow

When a bellows loses its seal, the smoker receives less air, making it difficult to maintain regular combustion. This replacement part, made entirely of plastic, allows you to replace that part without changing the entire smoker.

📐 Compatibility measurements to be taken

Compare the height, width, distance between holes, screw type, and outlet position with the original bellows. The general shape of a smoker does not guarantee that the mounting points will match.

🔧 Assembly without restricting airflow

Work with the smoker off and cool. Align the outlet, tighten the screws alternately, and check that the bellows opens and closes without rubbing or being compressed.

🔥 Test before approaching the apiary

Operate several times and check the airflow and connections. Keep the plastic away from the hot body and replace the part if deformation, cracks, or loss of return air appear.
