Before adding it to the basket: enter and save the exact serial number of the SMARTBEE you wish to renew. If your device is from another brand, you have several units or you need more than one year, confirm the scope first; this listing covers an annual SMARTBEE renewal.

01 · WHAT IS RENEWED

Continued service for an existing SMARTBEE device

The renewal extends the connectivity linked to the specified locator for one year, so that it can continue sending information to the SMARTBEE platform. It is intended for use when the period included with the device has ended or when the account shows that renewal is due. It is not the activation of a new locator and does not add functions beyond those supported by the device and its platform.

02 · HOW TO ORDER

The serial number links the order to the correct device

Enter the serial number in the customisation field and save it before adding the product to the basket. Check every character: an incomplete reference or one belonging to another unit prevents the correct renewal from being identified. Do not assume that one unit covers several locators; each device must be identified and, if you need to renew several units or several years, the scope should be confirmed before ordering.

03 · ACCESS AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Renewing connectivity does not repair the app, account or device

SMARTBEE provides management through a mobile app and web panel. If you cannot sign in from a phone, also check web access and make sure the device appears in your account before purchasing the renewal. Password, linking, battery or hardware faults require separate troubleshooting: extending the annual period is not a substitute for that check and cannot make a non-communicating device work by itself.

04 · BEFORE BUYING

Only for SMARTBEE locators identified by serial number

This item does not establish compatibility with Bee2beep or devices from other brands. If the label, account or origin of the locator does not clearly confirm that it is SMARTBEE, ask us before ordering. The service also excludes the locator, battery, repair, installation and platform migration; its scope is the annual connectivity renewal for the specified unit.
