01 · WHERE IT COMES FROM

Two regions, many flowers

It is harvested in Salamanca and Ciudad Real, two areas with diverse flowering, and you can see it in the jar: the pollen comes out multicoloured, with pellets in different shades depending on the flower each one came from.

That range of colour is not decorative — it is the signature of pollen gathered where many species are in bloom, rather than in a monoculture.

02 · HOW TO KEEP IT

What decides whether you reach the bottom of the box

It arrives dried and vacuum-packed, which is what makes 25 kg manageable. Once opened, the enemy is moisture: cool, dry, closed and out of direct light.

And the tip that pays off most with a big box: if you are not going to jar it within a few weeks, freeze what you do not use. Cold holds colour and aroma far better than any pantry, and the pollen comes out of the freezer ready to pack.

03 · THE NUMBERS

A hundred quarter-kilo jars

The 25 kg fill a hundred 250 g jars or fifty half-kilo ones. This is the format for someone packing to sell, not for household use.

And as with any bulk product: if you jar it for resale, labelling and traceability are on you. What you buy here is the pollen, not the labelled product.

04 · WARNING

Not for allergy sufferers

Pollen is a bee product and, as such, is not recommended for people allergic to hive products. That warning should reach whoever buys it from you too.

If what you need is pollen to feed bees rather than for consumption, write to us first: it is not the same use nor necessarily the same product.
