Details of Beehive entrance summer/winter
A hive entrance is not managed the same way in summer, winter or during a move. This angled metal entrance strip lets you adjust the opening on Langstroth and Dadant hives according to colony strength and season.
Toothed entrance for controlled access
The teeth help reduce or open the entrance without changing the whole floor. It is useful when a small colony needs a narrower entrance or a strong colony needs more traffic space.
Two sizes available
Choose between 428 × 22 mm and 240 × 22 mm. Measure the hive entrance before fitting so the strip sits properly.
