Details of Angled hive entrance (opened-closed)

Our angled entrance is an efficient and safe solution for controlling airflow in fixed-frame beehives. It is made from 0.8mm thick galvanized sheet for durability and corrosion protection.

The entrance has two positions: open and closed. It is very easy to switch positions, simply by rotating it 180 degrees.

The open position allows bees to easily enter and exit the hive, while the closed position prevents their escape, which is ideal for transportation. In addition, in the closed position, the entrance has ventilation to improve airflow and reduce the risk of suffocation during migration.

The entrance is available in two sizes to meet the needs of different types of hives: 420x22mm for fixed-frame hives and 240x22mm for nucleus hives. The angled shape of the entrance allows easy access for the beekeeper, regardless of the size of their hands.
