Details of Plastic round entrance 125mm

Rotating plastic disc with a 125 mm diameter for regulating a crownboard opening or use as an entrance on compatible nucleus hives. Rotating it around its axis presents four different sectors: fully open, slotted passage, perforated ventilation and closed.

🔄 Four openings with one turn

Use the large opening for unrestricted passage, the slots for a reduced opening and the perforated area for air exchange without leaving the exit fully open. The plain sector closes the hole. Actual performance also depends on the diameter and finish of the opening beneath it.

🔧 Fit centrally and check rotation

Secure the disc through its central hole without tightening it until it locks. Check that each position covers the opening fully and leaves no burrs or unintended gaps. For transport or temporary closure, assess ventilation across the complete assembly: this disc alone does not guarantee sufficient airflow.
