Tub, tripod and drawing frame made of stainless steel, for hanging 5 drawing frames for up to 30 beeswax thin candles.
If you’ve ever tried making dipped candles with loose wicks, you know what happens: wax dripping everywhere, crooked candles and half an afternoon fighting with the wax. With a proper frame system everything changes: you work in series, the candles come out uniform and the wax that drips goes back into the tank, not onto the floor.
This set of stainless steel tank, tripod and frames is designed exactly for that: to hang up to 5 frames and produce up to 30 candles per batch with beeswax. You fix the wicks on the frames, hang them on the tripod and dip them repeatedly into the hot wax, obtaining straight candles with a good diameter and a very consistent finish.
The set is custom-made to work inside the 30 kg wax melter HOLT-13850, so you make full use of the tank capacity and keep a stable temperature throughout the process. The tray collects drops and excess wax, avoiding waste and allowing everything to return to the melting bath.
Being made of stainless steel, it is easy to clean once the wax solidifies, withstands years of use and is suitable both for a candle workshop and for small-scale artisanal production in the honey house.
Approximate dimensions: tray 50 x 50 x 3 cm, tripod 37 x 35.5 cm and total working height 48 cm, designed for comfortable and safe handling during dipping.
