Silicone insert for pouring wax or honey from pots, bowls and buckets. Made of silicone resistant to heat up to 200°C.
When you melt wax in a pot or bucket to make candles, blocks or feed your foundation roller, the tricky moment is always the same: you tilt the container and the liquid wax runs everywhere. Drips down the side, splashes on the table, risk of burns and, once it cools, solid wax that is a pain to remove.
This silicone spout clips onto the rim of your pot, bowl or bucket and turns it into a container with a precise pouring lip. It creates a fixed channel that guides the molten wax exactly into the mould or hopper you want, cutting down on spills and keeping your workspace much cleaner.
It is made from heat resistant silicone up to 200 °C, flexible yet firm enough to grip most rims without scratching or deforming them. Once the wax cools, it peels off easily and the spout can be cleaned quickly with hot water or in the dishwasher.
It can also be used to pour warm honey or syrups with better control, although its main job is handling liquid wax in the workshop or honey room.
