Pack of 25 TO 66 twist-off lids in bronze finish, pasteurisable up to 100 °C and food-contact safe. Airtight seal with perimeter gasket. For standard TO 66 mouth jars: B250, 140 ml mini jar, oval BOV 370 or Saldae 520.
When every jar on the market stall wears the same golden lid, a bronze finish is the cheapest way to make yours stand out: it suits dark honeys — heather, chestnut, honeydew — and kraft-label rustic branding especially well. Same twist-off mechanism as ever, in a colour hardly anyone else has on the shelf.
The perimeter sealing gasket beds against the jar rim and closes airtight, keeping moisture and storage odours away from your honey until the jar is opened. For honey you sell, fit a new lid at every packing run — the gasket gives its best seal on first use; keep used lids for home consumption.
Printed tinplate suitable for food contact and for water-bath pasteurisation up to 100 °C. Honey is packed cold and doesn't need it, but if you also use these jars for jams or preserves pasteurised after closing, this lid takes the process without the gasket suffering.
✓ Fits: any jar with a standard TO 66 mouth — 250 ml B250, 140 ml mini jar, oval BOV 370, 520 ml Saldae or the 0.5 kg honeycomb-pattern jar.
⚠ Does not fit: high-mouth TO 66 Deep jars (212 ml or 136 ml high-mouth) — those take a deep-skirt lid.
