- Pack
When it comes to packaging honey, choosing the right container is essential. The Oval BOV 370 ml glass jar is the perfect choice for those looking to combine aesthetics, durability, and practicality in their product presentation. Its oval design not only provides a more elegant and distinctive look on the shelf but also optimizes storage and transportation space.
The jars come in twenties and the lids in twenty-fives. That is the first sum to do.
Twenty oval glass jars of 370 ml with a Twist Off 66 mouth. They hold about 500 g of honey; the lid is separate.
01 · THE LID
The mouth is an ordinary Twist Off 66: it takes the TO 66 shallow-skirt lid — gold, black, bronze, honeycomb or bee. The one that will not do is the deep Deep skirt, which belongs to the wide-mouth jars.
And the sum: jars in 20, lids in 25. Five packs of jars and four of lids — a hundred and a hundred.
02 · THE SIZE
The 370 ml fill with around 500 g of honey, since honey weighs roughly 1.4 kg per litre: a pack of twenty is some ten kilos jarred. It stands 107 mm tall and 85 wide at its widest.
03 · THE OVAL
The oval footprint stands out on a shelf full of cylinders. In exchange: an oval does not sit flush against its neighbour the way a square does, and on a pallet it uses less of the space. The label, too, wants its own size.
