01 · THE LID THAT FITS

TO 66 mouth — and mind the deep skirt

The honeycomb embossing on the glass is deliberately discreet: it is the lid that dresses the jar. In TO 66 you have gold, silver, bronze, black, honeycomb and bee-print, all pasteurisation-rated. The one that does not fit is the H14 deep skirt: it shares the diameter but is made for the tall-mouth «Deep» jars and sits loose on this one. If you buy jar and lid together, check the reference says TO 66 and carries no «H14» or «Deep».

02 · WHAT SIZE IT IS FOR

Half a kilo of honey, or preserves at home

This is the 0.5 kg honey jar — the weight people buy to try a new honey and the one that turns over best on a stall. Being glass with a wide mouth and a twist-off closure, it takes a home preserve just as well. It washes and is reused without trouble; what is not reused for selling is the lid, because its compound has already done its work once.

The pack is 25 jars. If you bottle in earnest, the same TO 66 glass line comes in other formats — 250 g, 212 ml tall-mouth, 520 ml Saldae — and by the full pallet, which is where the unit price changes.
