Non-stick mould made from silicone for producing Langstroth wax foundation without setting up a roller line.
Designed for small batches, wax trials or beekeepers wishing to transform selected batches of their own wax.
01 · PREPARATION
Work with clean, decanted wax free of water. Produce a first test unit to adjust the quantity, pouring temperature and cooling time: if you change wax batches, check these again. The mould provides the relief, but does not analyse purity or remove chemical residues.
02 · REMOVAL AND CARE
Allow the sheet to set before separating it. Remove excess wax when cold and avoid sharp edges or punctures that mark the silicone: any cut or deformation will be repeated in subsequent sheets. Store it clean, dry, flat and without weight on top.
03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
The Langstroth format is confirmed, but the specification does not yet indicate the cell size or the external dimensions of the mould. If you require a specific step, contact us before ordering.
