Fully automatic beeswax foundation machine VA800 made of stainless steel 1.4301, consisting of:

• 1 bee comb foundation machine with rollers 800 x 170 mm, standard engraving = cell size 5,4 mm (= ab. 800 cells/qdm) +cell depth 1,75 mm,
• with motor 400 V (+/-5%), 3 phases, 50 Hz, electric rotational speed control
• 1 installation of solvent irrigation with pump and accessories 
• 1 wax melting tank 20 l, 2-walled, with electric heating 3 KW, 400 V (+/- 5%), 50 Hz, with thermostat and with float device /
• 1 cutting system (pneumatic driven) with electric length adjustment (delivery without compressor (vol. 20-25 l, at least 5 bar)), incl. 5 pairs of circular knives,
• 1 wax melting tank 180 l, 3-walled, with electric heating 4,5 KW, 400 V (+/- 5%), 50 Hz, with thermostat (only for water), incl. -for free- 5 l of release agent concentrate (= special liquid soap as release agent for combs production) for use with 100% pure beeswax, agent biodegradable (accord. to EG No. 648/2004) (20-30 ml for 10 l water))
