🔄 A continuous route around the filling point

Place the empty jars on the left-hand side. The rotating plate carries them between the guide rails to the filling position and, once dosed, moves them to the right-hand area for capping and removal. This clearly separates the three jobs at the station: loading, filling and collecting. The table automates jar travel; initial loading, closing and final removal remain operator tasks.

📐 For honey jars from 125 g to 1,000 g

The system is intended for honey jars ranging from 125 g to 1,000 g. Before starting a batch, set the guides and detection point to suit the diameter and shape of the container, then check the path with several empty jars. This item is specifically the Ø 640 mm version; the Ø 450 mm table is a different product.

⚙️ Slow rotation keeps the station under control

The 24 V DC motor is rated at 50 W / 20 Nm and turns the plate at up to 4 rpm. This measured movement lets the jar flow be matched to the actual FillOmat® dosing cycle. The table is not a stand-alone filling machine, and its specifications do not support a fixed jars-per-hour output on their own.

🧩 Designed to integrate with the FillOmat® 31540

This table is designed as an addition to the FillOmat® honey filling machine, ref. BR-31540. That machine's drive module has a turntable connection and allows the table to be enabled in its settings. For automatic turntable operation, the FillOmat® manual specifies the PNP sensor setting. Run an empty-jar test whenever the jar format is changed.

🧹 Set-up and cleaning without sticky interruptions

Install the assembly on a stable, level surface, keep the guide path clear and remove honey drips before they form a sticky film. Do not adjust guides, sensor or jars while the plate is turning. Stop the table and disconnect it from the equipment supplying it before cleaning or working around the drive area; keep loose clothing and cables away from moving parts.
