01 · HOW IT ORGANISES THE STATION

Loading, filling and unloading in one path

Empty jars go on the left; the plate moves them between the guides to the filling position and, once dosed, takes them to the right to be closed and removed. That separates the three tasks of the station: feed, fill and collect. The table automates the advance, not the whole job: placing, closing and removing stay with the operator. The 24 V motor gives 50 W and 20 Nm and turns the plate at up to 4 rpm, a slow rotation that is what lets you match it to the real dose.

02 · THE SETUP, BEFORE THE RUN

Guides, sensor and one turn empty

The table works with jars from 125 to 1,000 g, but that is not automatic: before starting a run you adjust the guides and the detection point to the diameter and shape of the container, and take one turn with a few empty jars. Every format change asks for the same. The FillOmat manual says to set the sensor to PNP mode for automatic work with the table. And never adjust guides, sensor or jars with the plate moving: to clean or correct, stop it and disconnect it.

03 · WHAT IT GOES WITH

The FillOmat, and this plate is the 640

It is designed as a companion to the FillOmat honey filler (2365), whose drive module has a turntable connection and enables it from its settings. This item is the 640 mm plate; the 450 is a different product. In the same family are the funnel (2959), the Y-shaped jar centring support (2960), the silicone anti-drip nozzle (2892) and the honey level sensor (2268). Install it on a stable, level surface and wipe drips before they form a film.
