This heating cabinet boasts a versatile storage capacity, able to accommodate approximately:

• 4 honey buckets of 25 kg each.
• 6 to 8 honey buckets of 13 kg.
• 2 to 3 large-capacity buckets of 40 kg each.

Energy Efficiency: It stands out for its outstanding insulation of the side walls, ensuring that, once the cabinet reaches the optimum temperature of 40 °C, energy consumption remains within a range of 40 to 50 Watts, thus demonstrating its efficiency.

Smart Design: Equipped with three adjustable shelves, this cabinet offers the flexibility to accommodate both buckets and honey jars, adapting to the specific needs of each user. A hot air fan distributes heat evenly, ensuring the effective liquefaction of crystallized honey and its return to a liquid state within a period of 12 to 24 hours, depending on its initial consistency and volume.

Durable Construction: Made of stainless steel, the cabinet is not only durable and resistant to continuous use, but also facilitates cleaning and maintenance. The glass door, equipped with a magnetic closing mechanism, allows observation of the process without the need to open the cabinet, thus better conserving heat.

How long does it take to heat the honey?

For 20 kg of honey, decrystallization times can range from 16 hours at 50 °C to 24 hours at 40 °C.

When increasing the amount to 50 kg, the process requires from 24 hours at 50 °C to 48 hours at 40 °C.

For 80 kg, the times notably extend, from 60 hours at 50 °C to 108 hours at 40 °C.

And for large-scale operations with 300 kg, it is possible to decrystallize in 72 hours at 50 °C, although at 40 °C it is not recommended due to the excessive prolongation of the process.
