The material is food-grade polypropylene and the container is approved to ADR, UN, IMDG and OACI, the packaging certification for road, sea and air.

That is the fitness of the container. HACCP does not certify containers: it certifies your honey house's own control system, and the pail is one element within that plan, not a substitute for it.

02 · CLOSURE AND HANDLING

Press-on lid with a tab, and a handle that folds

The lid closes under pressure and opens by pulling the tab, no tool needed. The handle folds down onto the lid, so pails stack without the bail getting in the way. It is the convenient format for medium batches or the customer taking home more than a jar.

03 · STORAGE

Clear to show the honey, not to keep it in the sun

Seeing the honey is an advantage on the counter, where it explains the product without handling it. For storage, treat it like any honey: cool, dry and out of direct sun. Sustained heat is what ages honey — HMF rises and aromas are lost — and a sunny shelf delivers exactly that.
