Simple SAF NATURA honey strainer, Ø320 mm, with support handles that rest on the rim of the honey tank.

A first barrier to remove wax and visible particles before the honey rests.

01 · FILTERING STAGE

Open mesh to receive the honey from extraction

This is a coarse honey strainer: honey passes through it more easily than through a fine mesh, it retains visible particles and reduces the load on a second stage when a finer finish is required.

02 · USE

Do not wait until the wax forms a crust

Remove the cappings accumulated during the day and do not press the mass against the mesh. Clean, rinse and dry the strainer after each batch. Filtering particles does not reduce the honey moisture content nor does it replace decanting.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY

The catalogue is intended for honey tanks of 50 to 100 kg. Check the internal diameter and the support of the handles: two tanks with the same capacity may have different openings.
