A range of jars with Twist-off lid in commercial packs of 5 to 40 units, designed for artisan packing and small production. More than 50 references in honeycomb, hexagonal, tall-neck, amphora, oval and diamond shapes, with capacities from 20 ml to almost 4 litres and standard Twist-off necks TO-43, TO-48, TO-53, TO-58, TO-63, TO-66, TO-70, TO-77, TO-82, TO-89, TO-100 and TO-110. Soda-lime glass food-safe under EU Regulation 1935/2004 and 100% recyclable.

Sizes and packs: jars with lid for every production

Pack sizes match the reality of artisan and semi-professional packers. Three ranges cover most needs:

  • Sampling and small jars (20-150 ml) — packs of 25-40 units, ideal for wedding favours, fair stands, food sampling and tasting. Necks TO-43, TO-53, TO-58.
  • Domestic consumption (250-500 g) — packs of 25-30 units, the best-selling format for honey and jam in gourmet shops, local supermarkets and direct sales. Necks TO-58, TO-63, TO-66.
  • 1 kg and family format (720-1140 ml) — packs of 16-18 units, the classic format for the professional beekeeper. Necks TO-77, TO-82, TO-89.
  • Premium and large formats (1.9-3.9 L) — packs of 5-9 units, half-gallon and full-gallon for special productions or HORECA. Necks TO-100, TO-110.

Uses: jars with lid for honey, jam and storage

The Twist-off jar covers the bulk of artisan packaging needs. For honey, honeycomb and hexagonal shapes (MEL1KG-77, HEX720, Orcio) signal beekeeping origin on the shelf; TO-77 and TO-82 are the standard honey-jar lid sizes in southern Europe. For jams, jellies and sweet preserves, smooth tall-neck shapes (Aura, BOV, B250) make room for wide labels and allow hot-fill after pasteurisation. For dry food storage, spices, granola and nuts, Square and hexagonal shapes save shelf space. For savoury preserves and pickles, tall wide-mouth shapes (Gallon, Half-gallon) take bulky products like whole gherkins, sun-dried tomatoes or pickled onions.

Quality: food-grade glass jars

All jars are made of clear soda-lime glass, an inert material that does not transfer taste, odour or components to the packed food. They meet EU Regulation 1935/2004 on materials intended to come into contact with food, are suitable for autoclave or water-bath pasteurisation up to 100 °C, and tolerate CIP cleaning cycles with diluted caustic soda. The glass can be dry-heat sterilised (160 °C for 2 hours) when packing long-shelf-life products. 100% recyclable with no loss of properties, supporting compliance with the EU's circular packaging directives in food production.
