Twenty-five smooth cylindrical 720 ml jars with a TO 77 mouth: the kilo format for bottling in quantity.
A smooth straight wall — labels sit flat — and a wide 77 mm mouth for filling without spilling. The lid is bought separately.
01 · HOW MUCH HONEY IT HOLDS
Its 720 ml of capacity take 900-950 g of honey filled with the normal head space — not a clean kilo. It is the correction most worth having before you order labels: if you are declaring a net weight, work from that figure and confirm it with your own honey. The 77 mm mouth is what lets you fill fast and clean straight from the tank, even with dense honey or honey starting to granulate.
02 · THE SHAPE
It is a tall cylinder, not a squat urn: with the same honey inside it takes up less frontage on the shelf and gains height. Some people like that and others are surprised by it, so it is worth saying. What the shape does solve is the label: the straight smooth wall takes a large label with no creases or curves, which is impossible on an embossed jar.
03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
The lid goes separately: in TO 77 there is gold, silver, white, black, bronze, honeycomb and bee-print, in packs of 16 or 25 to match the jars. And if you bottle in volume, the same jar comes on a pallet of 1,176 units, the lowest cost per piece if you can handle palletised loads.
