The real advantage of the Multi-frame line: the hygienic bottom board and low roof fit both Langstroth and Dadant hive bodies. In practice, this means you can standardise bottom boards, roofs and feeders across your entire apiary even if you work with two different frame sizes. The plastic bottom board withstands pressure washing without warping and will never rot or corrode. The mesh floor promotes natural ventilation and supports winter clustering, while the removable tray lets you monitor varroa drop counts. For between-season sterilisation or after a disease event, a bleach soak or a flame pass is all it takes — something you simply cannot achieve with a conventional wooden floor.

The mounting rails are bonded to the hive body through a dedicated manufacturing process that delivers solid, weather-tight joints. The dovetail connection system lets you assemble and disassemble the nucleus by hand with no screws or special tools.
