Quarti A97 six-frame Langstroth nuc made from high-density polystyrene and supplied with its closing lid.
The narrow format is intended for building, holding or moving a six-frame colony within the Langstroth system. The manufacturer’s specification makes the supplied parts clear and prevents optional items in the range from being mistaken for included equipment.
01 · WHAT IS SUPPLIED
Box, lid and fixed bottom ventilation
The A97 holds 6 Langstroth frames measuring 483 × 231 mm; frames are not supplied. It has a fixed 320 × 62 mm anti-varroa mesh at the side of the floor, a front opening and lower spacers that limit frame movement. The pastel-green box is supplied with a polystyrene closing lid.
02 · FINISH AND EXTENSION
Water-based paint is possible; accessories are separate
Quarti specifies density-80 high-density polystyrene and allows water-based paint to reduce external ageing. Metal roof, ventilated transport cover, feeder, super, dummy board, metal entrance and the other additions are listed as options and must be ordered separately when required.

Check frame size, contents and outer dimensions
The live record gives 50.5 × 27.5 × 32.5 cm externally. This unit is for 483 × 231 mm Langstroth frames, not Dadant or another format. The polystyrene lid is included; the six frames and optional hardware are not.

For the price ? Amazing. Don't expect a density of say a Paradise nuc though... Shame you cannot get the metal Quarti lids too :\ (Robbing season is about to kick off so have to wait and see how fast say wasps will bite through these...)
