01 · IDENTITY AND USE

Dry pigment for paint formulation, not finished paint

Micaceous iron oxide is dispersed into a binder to create a mixture for compatible surfaces. The sack is not ready to apply and does not contain a complete recipe. Colour, coverage, settling and drying depend on pigment, oil, proportions, mixing and substrate.

02 · CONTROLLED MIXING

Start small and record the formulation

Use a suitable container, add pigment gradually and mix until evenly dispersed. No fixed linseed-oil ratio is stated because a documented formula for every binder and condition is unavailable. Test a small area, allow it to dry and assess adhesion and finish before scaling the batch.

03 · DUST AND CLEANING

Prevent inhalation, airborne dust and cross-contamination

Use the protective equipment specified in the safety data sheet and provide adequate ventilation. Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling it. Keep it away from food, honey, food-use wax and the occupied hive interior. Collect spills without raising dust and dispose of waste according to supplier information.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

Obtain the SDS and check paint-system compatibility

The 25 kg format is intended for volume preparation and requires dry storage, dosing equipment and sufficient mixing capacity. Only powdered pigment is supplied; oil, solvent, tools and protective equipment are not included. Keep the sack closed, labelled and protected from moisture.
