12 V car charger, with cigarette-lighter plug, for the 7.4 V, 6,000 mAh lithium battery of the Anel “No-Fire” smoker (1878): 7.4 V, 1 A output, yellow connector and a full charge in about 6 hours according to Anel. It is the car charger that comes in the smoker box; here on its own, as a spare or to leave one fixed in each van.
At one amp the battery fills up between one apiary and the next: the mains charger (3259), at 2 A, takes half the time; this is the one for the van.
01 · WHAT IT CHARGES
The smoker’s 7.4 V battery, and only that one
It is for the 7.4 V, 6,000 mAh lithium-ion battery of the Anel “No-Fire” smoker (spare 2028), and it joins it through the same yellow connector that plugs into the heating element. Voltage and connector are those of that smoker: it is no use for tool batteries or other smokers. According to Anel, 1 A fills the 6,000 mAh in about 6 hours, the gentlest rate of the two chargers.
02 · HOW TO USE IT
In the lighter socket, with the engine running
It plugs into the 12 V lighter socket of any car, van or 4×4 and then the battery is connected, in that order. The 7 W it draws come from the vehicle’s battery: with the engine running it is not noticed; with the engine off for hours, worth remembering. Do not charge it frozen and store it charged out of season, never empty for months.
03 · WHAT IT GOES WITH
Smoker, battery and the mains charger
The “No-Fire” heating-element smoker (1878) comes with this charger and the 220-240 V, 2 A mains charger (3259), which fills the battery in about 3 hours at home or in the store. The spare battery is 2028: with two batteries, one charging in the car while the other smokes, the inspection does not end because the charge does. Fuel: Vapor Pads (1886).

The car charger is supplied on its own; battery, smoker and mains charger come separately.
