You drive 40 km to an out-apiary, take the "Smokeless" smoker out of the boot, and the battery only just lasts through half the inspection. If it happens once, the morning's gone. If it happens every fortnight, the electric smoker stays at home and you're back to the conventional one. This car charger closes that gap: plug it into the cigarette lighter and the battery recharges while you drive between sites or take a tea break in the shade.

It's the original charger supplied with the "Smokeless" ANEL® smoker pack. We sell it on its own for beekeepers who've lost theirs, broken it, or want a second unit to keep permanently in a service vehicle.

Slow, controlled charging. At 1A, a full recharge takes several hours — and that's the point: charging the lithium cell gently, preserving its useful cycles. Aggressive fast-charging shortens 7.4V battery life noticeably; this charger doesn't do that.

Standard 12V cigarette lighter socket. Works in any car, van or 4×4 with a classic cigarette lighter port. Also handy for commercial beekeepers running several apiaries a day: leave the smoker on charge while you drive to the next site and arrive at 100%.
