01 · THE PRINT
A carton that never contradicts your label
Both large faces are printed POLEN DE ABEJA, BEE POLLEN, POLLEN D’ABEILLE and BIENENPOLLEN, with “25 kg” underneath. There is no brand, origin or quality seal, so the same carton serves for your own pollen, for a customer’s or for export. The sides, top and bottom are left blank: one side panel stays free for each batch’s label, with its lot number.
02 · THE BOARD
Double wall, so the bottom carton holds
The board is BC-flute double wall, two flutes between three liners, the grade the maker specifies for a 25 kg load. It shows in the bottom carton of the stack: if it gives, the weight above crushes the pollen loads, and pollen that arrives as dust loses value in bulk. It arrives flat and goes together like any regular slotted carton: tape the bottom flaps; on top, two flaps meet in the middle.
03 · BEFORE YOU BUY
The carton takes the weight and keeps the pollen in the dark; protection from moisture comes from the food-grade polythene inner bag, closed before the carton. The drawing with all dimensions can be downloaded below.
