After collection, pollen inevitably contains impurities. Cleaning it manually is labor-intensive and imprecise. This machine automates the cleaning process, ensuring a homogeneous final product ready for sale or long-term storage. How does the CLASSIC pollen cleaner work?

The machine combines vibratory sieving and adjustable suction to effectively separate clean pollen from lighter and heavier impurities:

• Double mesh included: 4x4 mm for quick pre-cleaning and 1x1 mm for finer refining.

Practical tip: for pollen from lighter blooms such as heather or viper’s bugloss, it is advisable to first use the 4x4 mm mesh for pre-cleaning and then the 1x1 mm mesh for a premium-grade finish aimed at export markets.

Construction and design

Manufactured in stainless steel and powder-coated sheet metal, the cleaner is designed to withstand moisture and intensive use. It features a 2.8 kg feed hopper and a compact design that makes it easy to install in honey houses or beekeeping workshops. All materials in contact with pollen are food-grade and easy to clean.
