The TO-82 opening with an 82 mm diameter gives you more room when filling and helps reduce mess around the neck, which is useful whether you are packing small batches or working in a honey house. It also makes it easier to clean the rim before closing. Important: the lid is not included, so it needs to be ordered separately in the same size.

Its proportions give it a very attractive presentation, especially for carefully positioned products. It works particularly well for monofloral honeys such as orange blossom, rosemary or eucalyptus, and also for products where the packaging itself adds value at the point of sale. In honey terms, the usual filling weight is around 400 to 420 g, depending on density and moisture content, which makes it a very useful middle format between the more standard sizes.
