Pack of 16 glass 290 ml wide-mouth TO-82 jars: a low, wide format, 61.2 mm high by 98.2 in diameter, which in honey comes to about 400-420 g depending on density. For creamed and crystallised honey, jams, spreads and balms, eaten by the spoon and used to the bottom. The TO-82 lid is not included: ordered separately.

Low and wide, it is the spoon jar: the in-between format between the 228 ml and the tall classic jar, with the 82 mouth that smears less when filling.

01 · WHAT FOR

Creamed honey, fine crystallised, spreads

With a 98 mm mouth and 61 of height, access to the product is easy to the bottom: creamed honey and fine-grained crystallised honeys, jams, spreads, vegetable pâtés, thick sauces or artisan balms. On the shelf, the low, wide proportion shows off careful monoflorals, orange blossom, rosemary or eucalyptus, where the jar sells as much as the content.

02 · THE TO-82 MOUTH

82 mm to fill clean and close safely

The 82 mm twist-off mouth gives room when filling and smears the neck less, and the rim is wiped before closing. TO-82 lids come separately: bee picture in a pack of 16 (3163) or gold pasteurisable in a case of 750 (3222), among others in the range. In honey the equivalent is around 400-420 g; the jar weighs 160 g.

03 · THE FORMAT

16 per pack; 1,995 per pallet

Supplied in packs of 16 to try the format or for small runs; for the honey house, the full pallet holds 1,995 jars. Glass: wash before first use and fill with warm honey, never hot honey into cold glass.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

16 jars without lids are supplied; TO-82 lids and labels come separately.
