01 · WHAT THE HANDLES WILL CARRY

A full 1 kg jar comes to about 1.3 kg with the glass, so the loaded bag reaches roughly 2.6 kg. That is gift-bag weight, not shopping-bag weight — fine from the stall to the car, but do not add anything else to it.

02 · IT HIDES, IT DOES NOT CUSHION

Two loose jars knock together

This is presentation: it makes the product look cared for and keeps the contents hidden until it is opened. What it does not do is absorb shock, and two loose glass jars knock against each other as you walk. If the gift has to travel, a cardboard divider between them solves it for pennies.

03 · WHY PLASTIC

A sweating jar will not crumple it

The glossy finish takes what paper will not: a cold jar that condenses, or a drop of honey on the thread.

The trade-off is that it does not go into paper recycling. If your customers look at that, factor it in before ordering the pack.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

It is sized for two 1 kg jars. Check the measurements of yours if they are tall or square.
