Pair of Paradise Honey plastic entrance slides, reference T1327, for the floor of the 6-frame Paradise Langstroth/Dadant nucleus hive. Each component measures 14.5 × 6 × 1.5 cm and slides into the slot provided by the manufacturer. Two are supplied because the floor can divide the nucleus hive into two compartments.
🧩 Replacement for a specific floor
Clean the slot and offer up the entrance slide without forcing it. It should travel straight and be retained by the profile of the floor. Do not squeeze it in merely because it resembles another entrance: its fit is defined for the 6-frame Paradise nucleus hive and has not been verified as universal for wooden nucleus hives or other brands.
🐝 Control each compartment separately
When the floor is used in divided mode, check that each colony retains its own exit and that neither slide has moved during transport or handling. Adjust the opening to actual traffic and robbing risk, without treating closure as a substitute for adequate ventilation.
