12 LESSONS | 300 MINUTES |
SPANISH COURSE LANGUAGE | ONLINE FORMAT |
Five hive products plus a tasting section to understand origin, quality, processing and practical opportunities.
The course brings honey, pollen, propolis, royal jelly and wax into one route. Rather than treating them as a list of by-products, it connects composition, harvest, storage, risks, transformation and market with concrete decisions made by the beekeeper.
01 · FOCUS
Antonio Gómez Pajuelo teaches pollen, royal jelly and wax; Fina Gonell covers honey and tasting; Marta P. teaches propolis. Each block starts with origin and composition, then moves to collection, processing, preservation, uses and the quality points that influence the commercial result.
02 · SYLLABUS
Pollen covers harvest, processing, storage and risks. Royal jelly covers production and market. Wax addresses cell size, renewal, good practice and working methods. Honey includes definition, types, standards, extraction and storage. Tasting develops smell, taste, touch and trigeminal sensations. Propolis covers origin, collection, composition and uses.
03 · FORMAT AND ACCESS
The programme contains 12 lessons and 300 minutes of recorded content, with Antonio Gómez Pajuelo, Fina Gonell and Marta P. as teaching team. Videos, notes and slide summaries are included. There is no fixed start date or attendance schedule. After purchase from La Tienda del Apicultor, login details are sent to the email used for the order within a maximum of 24 hours, and the material remains available for revision.
04 · BEFORE YOU BUY
This product page is translated to help you decide, but the videos, spoken teaching and learning content are in Spanish.
