Made of stainless steel, it measures Ø300 mm and 40 mm high.

01 · PURPOSE

More surface area, not more power

Adding sieve trays allows you to distribute the pollen in finer layers or separate batches. It does not increase the thermal capacity or the air flow rate of the dryer: if you load more product than the equipment can pass through uniformly, the process time also changes.

02 · LOADING AND CLEANING

Spread a regular layer

Avoid compact piles, check the progress between levels and change the position of the sieve trays if drying is not uniform. Clean and dry the mesh completely before another batch to avoid mixing batches or reintroducing moisture.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY

The data sheet confirms the fit in the SAF dryer and its measurements, but does not document mesh size or maximum load per sieve tray.
