It is advisable to bring the harvested pollen to the drying oven as soon as possible, as time, humidity and ambient temperature favour the growth of moulds and yeasts, producing a microbiological deterioration of the pollen. Once dried, it is important to remove it from the tray when the pollen is cold, as if it is hot it will absorb moisture.
