The blades are heated by a closed water circuit whose temperature can be adjusted between 30 and 95 °C.
It has automatic feeding of frames for up to 5 at the same time. The frames are then uncapped one after the other with the blades mounted on both sides and transported to the uncapping tank with space for up to 36 frames, where they can be stored for further processing up to the extractor.
It has a performance of approximately 4 frames per minute. With the digital control unit, power and heating power can be controlled separately. The tank where the frames rest has 2 interior baskets with a stainless-steel sieve to strain the cappings that may fall on the tank and a stainless-steel faucet with an outlet height of approximately 40 cm. It incorporates legs on four wheels, two of which are lockable.
