Scratcher "Scratchinator". Stainless steel uncapping fork with plastic handle with side blade for burr comb. Width of 70mm and thickness of 2mm.
When you hit those “messy” frames with recessed cells, uneven comb or thick honey, a good fork matters. This one keeps it simple: solid stainless steel tines (laser-cut) for controlled uncapping, plus a side scraper to finish corners, low spots and areas where a knife tends to snag.
Used with a light hand, a fork lets you lift mainly the wax cappings while preserving most of the comb base, so bees rebuild faster for the next flow. And if you normally use an uncapping knife, this is the perfect tool to tidy up the tricky sections.
• Straight stainless tines, laser-cut
• Rubberized plastic handle, secure grip with gloves
• Side scraper (positioned on the right side as shown in photos/video)
Specs: overall length 200 mm, fork width 70 mm, plate thickness 2 mm. Head/tines in stainless steel, handle in plastic. For high volumes, a heated knife or uncapping machine is faster; for precision in difficult areas, this fork is a workhorse.
