Professional FUN112 centrifugal frame-and-wax melter for processing up to 60 frames in four perforated baskets, combining dry steam and centrifugation in one cycle.

SecarPolen publishes stainless-steel construction, an automated boiler with automatic water feed, speed control, timer and safety systems. The final installation configuration is set by quotation.

01 · LOADING

Four baskets for balanced batch processing

Frames are distributed between four removable perforated baskets. A balanced load reduces vibration and helps steam reach the material more evenly. Do not mix frames in one cycle when their construction, condition or components require incompatible treatment. Before loading, remove only the items specified in the manual for the supplied unit and ensure that no loose component can move within the chamber.

02 · CYCLE

Steam releases the wax and centrifugation completes separation

The manufacturer states dry steam at 165 °C, about 15 minutes to start the generator and 10 to 12 minutes to melt the frames. These are equipment references, not guaranteed throughput: load, starting temperature, amount of wax, frame condition and boiler setup all change the result. Speed control and timer adjust the centrifugal phase; the outlet requires a suitable vessel for collecting hot wax.

03 · SAFETY AND CLEANING

Hot steam and a rotating mass require a procedure

Operation requires training, protection from heat and steam, a stable floor and unobstructed access to controls. Do not open the chamber or handle the baskets until the cycle has ended and the machine reaches the safe condition defined in its manual. Afterwards, remove residue before it hardens, with the equipment isolated and without tools or products that could damage surfaces or safety devices.

The official page confirms operating principle, capacity and times but does not publish dimensions, weight, electrical power, diesel consumption or full installation requirements.
