TO 82mm Bronze Lid with Copper Bee, pasteurisable - Pack of 16

01 · DECORATION

Bronze meets copper — packaging that tells a story

The contrast between the matt bronze background and the embossed rose-copper bee gives the jar a jewellery-like finish without sacrificing function. Particularly suited to dark honeys (heather, chestnut, eucalyptus, oak) where the tone-on-tone contrast lifts the shelf presentation, and to gift presentations (Christmas hampers, corporate batches, weddings).

02 · CLOSURE

Twist-Off Ø82 with 6 sealing points

Standard Twist-Off Ø82 mm closure with six sealing points that ensure tightness against oxygen and humidity. Fits standard TO 82 mouth jars: 1 kg honeycomb, N720, Pot-720, Orcio 720, BOV 720, hexagonal 720 and the 290 and 228 ml tubs. Pasteurisable up to 95 °C: hot-fill and water-bath without deformation or varnish discolouration.

03 · FORMAT

Pack of 16 units

Format sized for short premium runs or special editions without having to buy a full supplier case. If you need higher volumes, check our bulk cases.

FROM THE APIARY

A Twist-Off does not screw on like a bottle cap: the six lugs ride up a short ramp and the whole closure is a quarter turn. Sit it flat until you feel it settle, turn to the stop and leave it there: carrying on does not seal better, it bends the lug and leaves the jar impossible to open. If it grates or feels like the thread has stripped, lift it off and set it down again — there is no thread to strip, a lug has ridden over its ramp.
