⏱️ Full 24-hour programming — repeating cycles without manual intervention

The Legrand mechanical dial covers a full 24-hour cycle with a minimum adjustable interval of approximately 10 minutes. You design your own stirring protocol — more frequent short bursts in the first two or three days as crystallisation sets in, then longer gaps as the texture develops. Once programmed, the timer runs independently. Particularly useful for honeys with a fast crystallisation tendency, such as oilseed rape or sunflower, where timing is critical.

The difference between silky creamed honey and a batch that separates or sets in coarse lumps often comes down to stirring frequency and timing. With an automated timer, you replicate the exact same protocol batch after batch, giving you a consistent product that customers recognise and come back for. The approach works equally well with the Dyce seeding method or straight beating of partially crystallised honey.

400 V three-phase wiring is not a DIY job. This timer is supplied and installed directly by Carl Fritz Imkertechnik (CFM) technicians, integrated into the mixer's control panel. It arrives fitted, wired, and tested — the main switch, operating mode selector, and interval dial are all accessible on the front of the enclosure. Just plug in, programme, and start your first batch.
