Details of Heating blanket for honey tanks

A heating blanket transmits heat through the wall of the honey tank to soften crystallized honey or maintain a process temperature. This product line offers three sizes with digital control, thermostat, and timer.

📐 Choose by size, not just weight.

The 50 kg version measures 1,090 × 410 mm and consumes 650 W; the 100 kg version measures 1,330 × 530 mm and consumes 950 W. The 200 kg model measures 1,760 × 700 mm and consumes 1,500 W. Measure the circumference and usable height of the tank.

🌡️ Gentle, even, and verified heat

Set the thermostat conservatively, position the sensor according to the manual, and verify with an independent thermometer during the process. Stir when appropriate to reduce differences between the hot wall and the cold centre.

🍯 Temperature and time affect honey

More power does not mean better results. Excessive or prolonged heating alters aroma, colour, and quality parameters. Define the minimum time required for the batch and record the actual temperature, duration, and result.

⚠️ Electrical equipment near product and metal

Inspect the heating blanket, cable, plug, and controller before use. Work in a dry environment, with adequate power and a protected connection; do not fold, overlap, or cover the heating blanket beyond what is permitted. Do not leave it unattended.
