APIBOX: a complete frame or replacement containers
The APIBOX frame holds the containers in which the comb sections are built. The containers with lids replace those individual units and do not include the wooden frame. This is the key distinction when buying the system for the first time.
In this catalogue, MINI and MAXI have 48 cm top bars for Langstroth/Dadant US; MIDI has a 47 cm top bar for Dadant Blatt. Choose the frame model before its replacements: changing from MINI to MAXI is not simply buying a pack with more containers.
Nozevit+ and Apifit have their own feeding instructions
Nozevit+ and Apifit are incorporated into feeding as instructed. Different pack sizes accommodate the number of colonies and planned applications. They are supplements, not protein rations or medicines that replace diagnosis of a health problem.
The Nozevit+ product sheet specifies refrigerated storage after opening and closing the bottle properly after each use. Include storage in your choice of pack size: a large bottle needs more space and different handling from a small pack.
Apistop for a specific leak
