Tamper-evident seal for honey jars. Bee and honey drop design. 54×134 mm.
The seal is the last thing you put on and the first thing the customer looks at.
One hundred self-adhesive seals of 54 × 134 mm with a bee in blossom and a drop of honey. They stick across the join between lid and glass, and tear on opening.
01 · WHAT IT IS FOR
Placed over the lid joint, the seal acts as a tamper-evident seal: if anyone opens the jar it tears and cannot be put back. At a fair, in direct sales or in a specialist shop it is a cheap gesture that closes the conversation about whether the jar is intact.
And it doubles as a label. This is the plainest design in the series — a bee and a drop, with no comb behind — so it lets the main label breathe instead of competing with it. There are other designs in the same size if you want more presence.
02 · HOW TO STICK IT
The adhesive needs a clean surface: if honey has been left on the neck or the glass is still damp from washing, the seal peels off the next day. Dry the lid and neck properly before applying it, and do it once the jar is already labelled.
The 134 mm length covers the lid and comes down both sides of the glass: its place is round lids on medium and large jars.
