Self-adhesive lid seal – Yellow honeycomb & honey drop (Pack of 100 pcs)

01 · THE 54 MM

When the wide seal is worth it

At 54 mm wide the seal carries visual weight on the lid: it shows well on large jars and on stalls where presentation decides the sale. The 41 mm one suits smaller jars better.

The 134 mm of length cross a round Twist-Off lid and run about three and a half centimetres down each side. What it must not miss is crossing the joint between lid and glass: sitting on top, it decorates but does not seal.

02 · HOW TO APPLY IT

Clean, dry glass

The adhesive needs the jar completely dry. Sealing one straight out of the cold room or the water bath is the classic mistake: the condensation does not show and two days later the seal lifts on its own.

Centre it, press down one side and the other, and rub it home. Once stuck, lifting it deforms it — which is what it is for.

03 · WHAT IT ADDS

Image and evidence

The honeycomb-and-drop motif reads from a distance on a market stall, and it does the second job without anyone explaining it: it leaves evidence of opening. It does not replace the label: the mandatory information still goes where it always went.
