Details of Heating element for Apisolis vaporizer (pack of 5)

Pack of five replacement heating elements for the Apisolis vaporiser (maker’s code API-CON-0V1-001): the consumable that heats the Native liquid and makes the vapour. Apisolis recommends changing it two or three times a year, even if the unit is not used, and never scraping it.

When the Apisolis gives less vapour with a charged battery and a full tank, it is not the unit: it is the element, and it changes in a minute.

01 · WHEN TO CHANGE IT

Three signs, and two or three times a year

The maker gives three warnings: the vapour comes out thinner with a charged battery and a full tank; it smells hot or burnt, which is not normal; or the vapour takes longer to arrive after squeezing the bellows. And even with none of them, the element degrades on its own: Apisolis advises renewing it two or three times a year, idle months included. Five units cover several seasons.

02 · HOW TO CHANGE IT

Tank off, element soaked, tank on

With the unit off and cold: detach the tank, remove the used element, soak the new one in Native liquid before fitting, put it in and reattach the tank. Do not clean the old one to stretch it: scraping damages the filament, says the maker. Handle it where the manual says, with no dust, wax or spilt liquid in the way.

03 · WITH WHICH LIQUID

Native only, and the Apisolis unit

It is a part specific to the Apisolis vaporiser and works with the brand’s Native formulas (Polaris or Nova); other liquids, oils or mixes alter the vaporisation and ruin element and unit. Vapour at 35 °C replaces smoke, not precautions: outdoors, without inhaling it directly and without holding the outlet fixed over the bees.

04 · BEFORE YOU BUY

One pack of five elements is supplied; Native liquid and the spare tank come separately.
