Conical base: total drainage

The key advantage of the ZERO model over conventional ripeners is its conical bottom. In a flat-bottom tank, honey collects in the corners and along the perimeter weld, forcing you to tilt the vessel or lose product. With the conical base, all honey flows by gravity to the central stainless steel honey gate (40 mm diameter), allowing complete, effortless drainage with zero waste.

Make sure the floor can support this load and that you have adequate access for delivery, as it ships as a heavy freight item.

Stand NOT included

This ripener does not include a stand or legs. Only the tank and its honey gate are supplied. For comfortable use, you will need a raised stand that allows you to place containers beneath the gate during bottling. You can purchase a compatible stand separately or build a custom one to match the working height of your extraction room.
