Transparent bear-shaped bottle with a 746 ml capacity and supplied lid. It displays the honey in a familiar format and allows its colour, level and crystallisation to be seen without opening. Its volume holds approximately 1 kg of honey, but this is only a guide: the net weight must be checked on a scale for every fill.
The transparent body shows the appearance of the batch at a glance, while the bear shape makes the pack distinctive for direct sales, gift sets or counter displays. The shape is decorative; mandatory product and lot information must remain complete and legible on the label.
Density varies with moisture and temperature, and headspace is needed so the bottle can be closed without overflowing. Set the dose with a tared scale and declare the actual net weight; do not fill solely to a visual mark on the assumption that every batch weighs the same.
Check that the bottle and lid are clean, dry and free from deformation. Fill with honey that is fluid enough to dose without overheating it, clean the thread and verify the closure. The specification does not document dishwasher cleaning or hot filling: do not expose the plastic to unverified temperatures.
