Radial extractor for 30 Langstroth or Dadant shallow frames, 350W motor (230V/12V) with SDD‑1 controller. Perfect for medium-scale beekeepers.
When you arrive at the apiary during peak rosemary bloom and see the supers brimming with nectar, you know it's extraction day. That’s where this LYSON OPTIMA Ø800 mm radial extractor proves its worth: assembled in minutes, and before sunset, your first drums are filled.
For years, I struggled with tangential extractors: flip, spin, flip again… tedious. With a radial system, Langstroth and Dadant shallow frames are placed in a fan layout, spinning both sides at once.
The drum is made of reinforced 0H18N9 stainless steel with a conical bottom for smooth honey flow directly to the tap.
Pro tip: heat the room to ≥25°C or use a dehumidifier; honey will flow better, making extraction smoother.
Equipped with a 350 W DC motor with SDD‑1 controller —runs on 230 V or 12 V vehicle battery—. The digital potentiometer is user-friendly, and the double acrylic lid allows you to monitor the process without opening.
