Digital control unit HE-01V for LYSON honey extractors in the BASIC range — drum diameter 720-900 mm, both radial and reversible cassette models. This is the replacement board when the original controller is damaged, or the part you add when you buy the extractor without the control head. Same firmware and same connectors LYSON ships from the factory on the BASIC range — not a generic board.

🎛️ Digital programs — 2 manual + 10 automatic + 1 user

Digital display with three buttons (+, −, power) and an emergency knob. 2 manual programs to drive speed and direction on the fly, 10 automatic programs pre-tuned to each extractor model (time, ramp, automatic direction change for cassettes), and 1 user program to store your own settings. Enough for daily flow in a semi-professional honey house.

🔄 Radial and reversible cassette — both workflows

Firmware is programmed for the two basket types LYSON uses in the BASIC range: radial (both faces of the frame spun at once) and reversible cassette (spin one face, auto-flip, spin the other). In automatic mode the cassette direction change is done by the controller itself — you do not have to move anything.

⚠️ Safety — emergency button and cover sensor

Red emergency stop knob in plain sight (one hit kills everything), and a cover sensor that throws a "C-STOP" message if the lid opens mid-cycle — the basket stops in seconds and does not restart until the lid is closed again. The factory-minimum safety that lets anyone in the honey house run it without accidents.

📦 What BASIC includes — and what it does not

This is the BASIC LYSON controller — sized for the essentials at the best price. It does not include: full error diagnostics, frequency inverter (no finer variable ramp-up), working-hour counter, or on-screen language selection. If you need any of those, LYSON fits them on the CLASSIC / OPTIMA ranges (HE-02H / HE-01 controllers). For daily use on a BASIC extractor, the HE-01V is enough.

🔌 Power — external supply needed

Controller input: 230 V AC. Motor it drives: 12 V / 150 W DC. The controller itself does not carry the AC/DC supply — it is fed by a HE-01V Basic 180 W 15 A power supply (ref. 41110105), the sister part in the BASIC range. If you are building the extractor from scratch without the factory control head, plan both parts: controller + power supply.
