The cutover hit the motor and the panel at once

A Regata or a Malaga from 2023 and one from 2025 share a name and do not share electronics. This motor belongs to the new series; for the earlier machines the spare is a different one, and so is the control panel.

So the check is not by model but by model and year. If in doubt, look at the motor that is fitted before ordering: a photo of the plate settles the purchase.

02 · WHICH EXTRACTORS TAKE IT

The economy range, not the big ones

It is the motor of the small extractors in SAF Natura's economy range: Regata, Ritmo, Racing, Kadett, Fuego, Ibiza, Carrera, Modus or Malaga, among others. They all share the same cylindrical body and the same 14 mm shaft.

If your extractor is not on that list, it is worth asking before ordering: by power and by shaft, this motor is meant for small drums, not for the big radials.

03 · 230 V TO THE PANEL, 12 V TO THE MOTOR

What reaches the socket is not what turns the shaft

The installation is single-phase 230 V, but that is what goes into the control panel. The motor works at 12 V and 200 W, at 3,400 revolutions with a 7.5 ratio reducer.

That is worth having clear when diagnosing: if the motor does not turn, it may be the motor or it may be the panel no longer delivering those 12 V. Before changing the motor, check that voltage is reaching the connector.
