Original combustion nozzle for ANEL butane/propane gas branding irons (3-burner models). Restores a strong, stable blue flame for fast, even heating and clean hive-wood marks. Supplied individually.
You notice it fast in the apiary: when the branding head takes ages to heat up, or some digits burn in darker than others, you end up wasting time and the mark looks sloppy. With ANEL gas branding irons (butane/propane), the cause is often simple: a worn or partially clogged burner nozzle.
This is the original replacement combustion nozzle for ANEL 3-burner gas branding irons. It's the part that shapes the flame that heats the character plate, so it directly affects power, warm-up speed, and heat balance across the head.
It uses calibrated side air-intake holes (Venturi effect) to keep the gas and oxygen mix stable. That gives you a strong, clean blue flame, the one you want for quick heat-up and consistent, readable marks on hive wood.
When to replace it
• Weak, yellow, uneven or unstable flame
• The head takes longer than usual to reach working temperature
• On 3-nozzle irons, some characters brand darker while others stay faint
Field tip: on a 3-burner setup, one bad nozzle is enough to mess up the whole heat pattern. Swapping it often brings the iron back to a fast, even burn.
Specs: compatible only with ANEL gas branding irons (butane/propane) in 3-burner versions. Made from a high-temperature metal alloy (brass-type), with good resistance to oxidation and gas exposure. Supplied per unit (1 nozzle).
