Elastic bands for silicone candle moulds

These high-strength rubber bands are specifically designed to secure split silicone moulds during wax pouring, ensuring a firm seal without deforming the mould or compromising the quality of the final candle.

For more demanding candle projects —such as tall cylindrical models, detailed figurines or large-volume moulds— it's essential that the mould remains properly closed. Thanks to their controlled elasticity and durability, these bands allow you to work safely even with hot wax, preventing the mould from shifting or bulging.

Pro tip:
To ensure even closure, place the bands at 2–3 cm intervals, choosing the width and diameter according to the size of the mould. A band that’s too tight or narrow can cause marks or warping in the finished candle. The pressure should be firm, but not excessive.

Made from quality rubber, they offer excellent elastic recovery, making them reusable for multiple castings without losing tension. They are heat-resistant and won’t easily degrade when in contact with hot wax or during mould cleaning.
