Detalles de Honey pump Monolobi® 100

Steady flow with zero pulsation and no emulsion. Built for honey houses that refuse to compromise on product quality.

If you're transferring clean honey between settling tanks, filling jars with a semi-automatic filler, or recirculating creamed honey, the Monolobi 100 delivers what an impeller pump simply cannot: consistent flow rate and laminar action that doesn't whip air into your honey. The lobe system displaces honey without agitation — what goes in clear and bright comes out the same way. Made in Italy by Chiaramello Industries, built with food-grade materials throughout, and mounted on a wheeled trolley so one person can move it around the honey house without help.

🍯 No emulsion — your honey keeps its clarity and shine

The biggest threat to presentation in bottled honey is emulsion: micro air bubbles that turn honey cloudy and whitish. Flexible impeller pumps, above 200-300 RPM, inevitably incorporate air. The Monolobi 100 uses two synchronised lobes that push honey without agitating it, producing a smooth laminar flow. This makes it an excellent choice for quality bottling, creamed honey production by recirculation, or any operation where the final appearance of your product matters.

⚙️ Adjustable and reversible flow — full control from the inverter

The built-in inverter lets you adjust rotation speed between 60 and 330 rev/min, giving you a flow range from a gentle trickle up to 1,800 litres/hour at full speed. Need to fill 500 g jars at a careful pace? Lower the RPM. Fast transfer between tanks? Crank it up. The rotation direction is also reversible, making it easy to drain lines and flush the circuit at the end of the day.

🏗️ Hygienic build, easy access — 316L where it counts

The pump body is AISI 316L stainless steel, the food industry standard for resistance to organic acids and ease of cleaning. The rotor and scraper are food-grade plastic, and the tungsten carbide (widia-widia) mechanical seal ensures a leak-free operation. Chiaramello's design keeps things simple: few parts, straightforward disassembly, and maintenance that doesn't require specialist tools.

🔄 Genuinely portable — wheeled trolley with pull handle

At 45 kg mounted on its wheeled trolley with pull handle, the Monolobi 100 moves effortlessly between tanks, settling vessels or bottling stations. One person can reposition and connect it. If your honey house doesn't have a fixed pumping installation, this portability makes a real difference compared to heavier units that need permanent mounting.

Worth knowing: like all lobular pumps, the Monolobi 100 is not self-priming — honey must reach it by gravity or you need to prime it manually before starting. Plan your setup with the pump below the tank outlet. It also doesn't handle solids: work only with clean, pre-strained honey — no cappings or large crystals. If you need to pump a honey-cappings mix or unfiltered honey, a progressive cavity pump is the right tool for the job.
